Limited Warranty

Effective Date: 5/16/26

LaceLight LLC warrants that LaceLight products purchased directly from our website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects resulting from:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Workmanship defects

  • Failure of the product under normal intended consumer use

If a product is determined by LaceLight to be defective during the warranty period, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or comparable product

  • Issue a refund

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Accidents, drops, impacts, crushing, or abuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Water exposure or moisture damage

  • Battery leakage

  • Use with incompatible batteries

  • Improper battery installation

  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions

  • Commercial, industrial, or unintended use

  • Theft or loss

Battery Disclaimer

Disposable batteries are consumable items and are not covered under this warranty.

Damage caused by leaking, damaged, improperly installed, or incompatible batteries is not covered.

Warranty Claims

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the issue if requested

Proof of purchase may be required.

Warranty Process

If your claim is approved, LaceLight will provide instructions for next steps, which may include return shipment, troubleshooting, replacement, repair, or refund.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaceLight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.

LaceLight is intended as a supplemental visibility aid and does not guarantee prevention of falls, injuries, accidents, or other outcomes.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this limited warranty, the product is provided without other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
